If there's a TJ Maxx near you, you can find high quality (and sometimes brand name) things at a greatly reduced price.

Or if you want to buy it online, try froogle.com (it's run by google) and type in "white purse" and you should get some good hits.

your best bet is target. Once in a great while I find something really cute at Walmart but that's "once in a great while"

I also like thrift stores.
I would suggest you go to either Target, Marshall's or Ross.

Marshall's and Ross have name brand items at low prices!

Beagle over sniffing??

i have a beagle and i need some ways to redirect her urge to sniff to want to do some thing else.

she is currently in advanced training classes.. and she does great in the back yard and listens and every thing

but i just cant trust her off leash.. i take her out in the woods for about 15 once or twice a week to get some of her urge out but it just isent enough. so it would be great if you all could give me some advice what to do.. that would be great.

Beagle over sniffing??windows xp home

What you need to do is redirect her attention to you. The first thing to remember is that anytime a Beagle lowers it's head it's brains will run out it's nose. So the idea is not to worry about sniffing, because then it is to late, but instead correct the head for lowering before it sniffs.

All it takes is a strait up pop on the lead along with a "head up" command while out and about with the dog.

Unless you develop a bomb proof recall, Beagles are not the dog to be letting off lead. Their hearing becomes really selective when their nose is full.

Beagle over sniffing??microsoft visual studio internet explorer

Hide toys or treats around the house or in your yard for the dog to find.
OCD, I have a dog that licks constantly, its OCD, talk to the vet.
beagles are bred from hunter dgos, they naturally sniff a lot, they're curious like that.
Sniffing is what Beagles do. They track game using their noses. It is very hard to redirect this behavior. Use the highest stimuli you know of for her. Is it food, a favorite toy, a ball? Whatever it takes. Good luck.
Beagles are scent hounds....so what your dog is doing is totally normal.

I used to have beagles and I can't imagine trusting them to be off the leash. You probably should work with her a little bit each day w/ treats %26amp; rewards since most beagles love food....but even with a lot of training if they smell something in the woods they are mostly like to follow.....beagles are stubborn little dogs!!!
Sorry, my fat little beagles nose hits the ground the second he is out the door. He can help it its what his bread does, and he is 12 years old.
Beagles sniff, that's what they were bred for.

As a rule, they can't be trusted off leash.

I will walk my hounds off-lead in a safe area, but they have been trained practically since birth. And I still don't trust them, I keep a sharp eye out for anything that could get their attention and call them in before they notice it.

You need to find something that's more rewarding to her than sniffing.

Using multiple dns records instead of BGP??

As I understand it, BGP provides redundancy between ISP links. So if I am hosting a website (ex: 12.1.22.1; www.mywebsite.com) and the link to the ISP that holds that public subnet (12.1.22.1) goes down, then BGP will redirect traffic to the secondary ISP and the website would still be viewable to the public.

Here is my question... couldn't I just add two dns records such as 12.1.22.1 www.mywebsite.com and 65.1.12.3 (different ISP subnet) www.mywebsite.com, so that if the first ISP goes down, the public will still be able to find it by resolving the second dns record.

Using multiple dns records instead of BGP??www.microsoft.com

To go along with the first response, all that will get you is that roughly half of the people will be able to access the functional site. What you're referring to is called "round-robin DNS". It's more of a load balancing rather than a fault-tolerant solution. It works fine for MX records, because mail servers fall back onto secondary MX records if the primary does not respond. Unfortunately, when a web client queries the A record, it doesn't care if it's actually functional or not.

A client machine will simply respond to the first dns address it is given. If that site is unavailable it reports this and stops looking. Any further request will probably have the same result.

JavaScript onsubmit Help?

Can I use 2 onsubmit tags in 1 form tag?

i.e.

In a form, I want to have an Agree Button that, if not checked, will tell you it needs in order to continue once you press the submit button without the box being checked. But at the same time, I want a confirm message that tells you that you will recieve an email with the info you just typed, after the "Agree Box" is checked in. Then if you press "Ok" on the confirm message it will redirect you to the home page. If someone has a script I can use or can tell me how to make this script, please tell me.

Personal Thanks,

Ramon

onsubmit can't call two different functions at the same time; however, it can call function1() and then function2().

But if you know you always want to call function1() and then function2(), why not just put them into a single function with function1()'s logic followed by that of function2()?

Need a professional contractor to answer range hood question?

We're having our kitchen redone. The range hood we choose does not line up with the existing outside hole (excuse my lack of professional terminology here). One solution proposed is to redirect the air by creating a series of right angle turns (so things would line up). If anyone is actually following what I'm saying, can you please let me know if this is a good idea? Do I need to worry about condensation building up in these "tunnels?" Thanks.

It's not uncommon to have a few inches offset to deal with even with new construction. As aforementioned, do not use 90 degree sections. They make adjustable sections that twist and align with the needed degree for installation. Also, they make flexible duct that can easily trasition between the two. Be sure and seal the connection points with a foil-backed HVAC tape to insure against air leaks. Doing the above I have never had condensation problems and Texas is extremely humid.

Need a professional contractor to answer range hood question?windows 95 internet explorer

With your hood, you will have a specification on how many turns and distance you can have to vent the hood and how large the pipe should be.

You can usually go about 20 ft.
why not make a new hole or if a turn is needed a "series" of 90 degree right angles semms excessive

a few inches difference OK

I dont think condensation will be an issue
sorry cannot be a 90 it must be 35 or less per turn

good luck
